Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of an affordable housing community, maintaining 98% occupancy and reducing turnover to an average tenancy of 24 months. Manage leasing activities to achieve a 21-day average days-to-lease and coordinate maintenance work orders for timely completion. Provide financial oversight by collaborating with Accounting on monthly reviews, operating within approved budgets, and ensuring rent receivables meet targets. Foster resident satisfaction through semi-annual surveys and 5-day maintenance resolution goals while conducting annual recertifications with 100% accuracy. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and Archway standards, maintaining organized resident files and participating in annual training. Collaborate with Maintenance, Finance, and Resident Services teams to support stable communities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in property management, affordable housing, or multifamily operations
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, LIHTC, HUD, and state/local housing regulations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage conflict, and drive performance
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel between multiple properties in the Denver Metro Area
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to identify and report safety hazards
