Drive community vibrancy by maintaining 95%+ occupancy while fostering an inclusive home for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Master HUD compliance by navigating Project-Based Section 8 guidelines, managing waitlists, applications, and annual re-certifications with accuracy. Champion operations and financials by owning property budgets, optimizing financial performance, and overseeing maintenance to ensure high physical standards. Build strong relationships by serving as the heart of the property through trust-building with residents, team members, local partners, and vendors. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a PA Real Estate License (or the drive to obtain one with support).
