Job Summary
Lead marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth while managing social media presence and digital engagement strategies. Oversee collections and accounts receivable processes, deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects, and lead property operations and resident satisfaction initiatives. Utilize Yardi or OneSite property management software for daily operations and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies. Requires minimum 2+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing with proven expertise in marketing, sales, collections, and financial management. Full-time on-site role in St. Marys, GA.
