Property Manager

Oversee the daily operations of the apartment community, supervise the property staff, manage leasing operations (showing units, following up with prospective residents, and closing leases), handle resident relations and timely resolution of complaints, manage care and inventory of supplies and equipment, collect monies per policy, conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs or replacements, oversee move-out inspections and unit turnover, ensure OSHA safety compliance and adherence to company policies, and lead efforts to meet budget objectives while coordinating with vendors for repairs and maintenance. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software are required.
