Job Summary
Oversee financial performance of an apartment community and lead a multi-faceted property operation, including leasing activities, budgeting, and team leadership. Drive NOI through effective rent collection, expense control, capital improvements, and compliance with housing regulations while delivering superior resident service and coordinating on-site teams. Responsible for leasing support, market analysis, pricing strategy, move-ins/outs, inspections, safety, and sustaining a high standard of operational performance across property management, accounting interfaces, and vendor relationships.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or CPM highly preferred
- One-year supervisory experience
- In Pennsylvania or New Jersey, must obtain a real estate license within 180 days of hire
- Working knowledge of eviction law, Fair Housing mandates and other legal issues affecting property management
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills, especially in the Microsoft Office Suite, experience in Real Page preferred
- Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including steps and climbing stairs
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays if required
- Occasionally requires lifting 20 pounds or less
- Valid driver’s license
