Job Summary
Property Manager for an affordable-housing community overseeing on-site staff, rent collection, tenant relations, property inspections, and marketing to sustain occupancy targets. Must manage delinquencies, read P&L statements, ensure proper tenant intake procedures, and guide staff to maintain physical property condition. LIHTC knowledge and familiarity with fair housing laws are preferred; must have 3 years of property management experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Proficiency with YARDI and MS Office is desirable; valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of property management experience
- Knowledge of tax credit program preferred but not required
- Proficiency with YARDI property management software preferred
- Proficient in MS Office package
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
