Job Summary
As Property Manager in Accor's Brisbane-based Residential Property Portfolio, coordinate communications with property owners, tenants, and contractors; issue entry notices; schedule and conduct routine inspections; coordinate quotes for maintenance; prepare tenancy agreements and negotiate lease renewals; liaise between owners and contractors to facilitate maintenance; requires a Current Real Estate Certificate relevant to the country/state/territory and proficiency with property-management tools (e.g., Console Cloud) and MS Office; must have a valid driver’s license.
