Market and lease residents to meet occupancy goals, process rental applications, and collect rents while managing invoices and expenditures. Create marketing plans based on market trends, collaborate with vendors and maintenance staff, and maintain excellent resident relations by addressing issues and delivering top-notch service. Bid on service contracts, procure supplies, and lead a team through training and clear standards. Utilize software like Yardi and Rent Café, manage stressful situations with poise, and work independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Full-time role with no weekends required; background check needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and insurance
- Sales and Leasing Skills: Experience in engaging prospects, closing deals, and achieving leasing goals
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on maintaining high occupancy and positive resident relationships
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work autonomously to achieve goals
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Yardi, and Rent Café
- Ability to manage stressful situations with poise
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, follow procedures, and meet deadlines
- Ability to take on additional duties as needed
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
