Job Summary
Conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and manage the lease process including showings, applications, and screening to meet occupancy targets. Address resident, prospect, and vendor issues while overseeing facility maintenance and move-in/move-out inspections. Manage delinquencies and evictions per regulations, assist in annual budget creation, and motivate the team to foster growth. Maintain a well-maintained property and ensure compliance with fair housing laws and safety regulations. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in Property Management
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Auto insurance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be available for weekends
