Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Coshocton, OH apartment community, focusing on maintaining high occupancy and timely collections, ensuring safe and well-maintained property exteriors and interiors, enforcing lease terms fairly, delivering strong resident relations, and supervising staff. Maintain compliance with HUD, housing tax credit, and fair housing regulations, manage vendor relationships and reports, and optimize resource usage to support property owner objectives. Demonstrate leadership, communication, organization, and customer-service skills to guide a team and uphold company standards across operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in property management, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Certified Occupancy Specialist designation is preferred. Ability to obtain the designation within 6 months is required
