Job Summary
Administer the company's residential property portfolio by evaluating tenant needs, determining maintenance priorities, and coordinating lease administration. Monitor expenditures, analyze cost trends, and recommend cost-saving opportunities to ensure spending remains within approved funding levels. Develop project scopes, evaluate contractor proposals, and verify work quality while resolving project issues and ensuring compliance with policies and lease agreements. Foster relationships with internal departments and external city entities to maintain communication regarding property-related issues. Implement the Total House Keeping Maintenance program to promote cleanliness and order, maintaining assets in like-new condition.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in property management
- Associate of Science (AS) two (2) year degree
- Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in property management
- Bachelor of Science (BS) four (4) year degree in Construction Management
- Minimum of six (6) years' experience in property management
- Training in property and construction management
- Minimum experience in property and construction management
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BS) four (4) year degree in Construction Management (or other related fields considered), with a minimum of six (6) experience in property management
