Job Summary
Property Management Lead responsible for identifying and safely executing preventive and corrective maintenance on building assets and equipment, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely completion, and guiding store teams to align with maintenance priorities and financial goals. The role involves overseeing safe operations, repairing or replacing components, using technology to manage work orders (including AI-assisted tools), training staff on safety procedures, and communicating priorities to store leadership while delivering a consistent guest experience. Strong emphasis on vendor relationships, cost awareness, and ensuring assets and services meet performance standards, with hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, life safety power systems, and electrical equipment. The position requires hands-on maintenance, the ability to work flexible hours, and a proactive approach to asset care and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of technical education preferred in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing
- Experience working with property assets
- Proficiency with power tools and equipment (HVAC, wet/dry vacuums, etc.)
- Strong vendor management and accountability
- Effective communication across teams and with store leadership
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Comfort with using technology and multiple communication devices for work orders and updates
