Job Summary
Support the Director of Facilities & Property Management with various projects; monitor tenant satisfaction and respond to inquiries or concerns with a service-first mindset; provide exceptional customer service; act as a liaison between Development & Construction departments for large tenant buildouts and new buildings; provide project management on KRM Development capital projects and small buildouts; visit buildings on a regular basis; show space to prospective tenants when needed; drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree
- 1–3 years of experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or real estate operations preferred
- Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Outgoing team player with a positive attitude
- Strong sense of professionalism, work ethic, and business acumen
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
