Job Summary
Coordinate HUD compliance, lease management, and safety initiatives across Imagine the Possibilities, Inc., supporting risk and safety, maintenance coordination, and reporting to ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained housing environments. Collaborates with Director of Risk and Safety to ensure unit readiness, inspections, and adherence to HUD requirements; assist with safety program initiatives and maintenance coordination; prepare reports and participate in special projects; follow agency policies and trainings to support operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- HUD Certification or willingness to obtain
- Driver's license
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Minimum age 18
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 35 pounds (with assistive equipment for heavier lifts)
