Property Management Area Manager

Oversee day-to-day management of staff, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures while coaching team members to support development and improve performance. Manage the performance of the assigned portfolio by monitoring occupancy, collection rates, recertifications, and inspections, and maintain property upkeep and curb appeal. Ensure accurate and timely records are maintained in the proprietary system and resolve tenant concerns to drive positive growth and stability. This role requires travel with mileage and per diem paid, operating on a hybrid schedule including nights and weekends for emergencies.
