Property Maintenance Worker

Conduct general landscaping duties including weed removal, shrub pruning, and seasonal plantings. Perform snow removal tasks such as plowing, shoveling, and sanding. Operate landscape maintenance equipment like mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and efficiently. Maintain and repair building structures, fixtures, and paint interior and exterior surfaces. Remove trash and other items as necessary. Complete other duties assigned by supervisors. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to use hand and power tools, and English proficiency. Snow removal and general landscaping experience preferred.
