Job Summary
Conduct daily inspections of resort facilities, grounds, and seasonal rental units to identify and rectify areas of concern. Perform maintenance on docks, boats, pools, and water systems while managing fuel levels and safety equipment. Execute seasonal tasks including winterizing, snow removal, and grass cutting. Coordinate with development and siting teams to meet sales expectations and ensure 100% compliance with health and safety requirements. Perform twice daily checks during peak season and oversee beach and marina operations. This role supports Corporate Objectives of maximizing profitability and owner/guest happiness through high standards of service.
Required Qualifications
- Must have G2 or G Drivers License
- Must have the physical dexterity to lift upwards of 50 pounds for short periods of time
- Comfortable working outdoors in differing weather conditions
- Comfortable working independently
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience considered an asset
- Prior experience with maintenance, repairs, groundskeeping, manual labour, or related field considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills
