Deliver hands-on and classroom training for HVAC systems (410A, R22), electrical, plumbing, and multifamily appliances; lead training sessions at apartment communities; facilitate EPA and CAMT certifications; translate technical manuals into clear SOP-style checklists; conduct skills assessments, track training progress, and coach remediation; develop train-the-trainer programs to certify senior technicians; maintain training calendars and compliance records; stay current on safety standards and industry trends; partner with regional maintenance leaders to identify training needs and improve service efficiency; travel ~30% to support Nevada, California, and Texas regions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems including 410A and R22
- Valid EPA Type II or EPA Universal Certification
- Bilingual English and Spanish required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time including overnight travel
