Job Summary
Coordinate apartment turns by preparing vacant units for move-in, updating make-ready status, and communicating with leasing staff to ensure timely move-ins. Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair to maintain property condition. Respond to resident service requests by prioritizing work orders, documenting completed work in the property management system, and delivering professional customer service. Support groundskeeping assistance, heavy lifting of appliances and materials, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community environment. Must work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm, lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally, and hold a valid driver's license. EPA Certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds with assistance or appropriate equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, hotel maintenance, HVAC, building maintenance, or a related field preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
- Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
- EPA Certification
