Property Maintenance Technician (Part Time: 25 Hours Per Week)

Job Summary
Maintenance Technician performs general repairs, preventative maintenance, apartment turnovers, and property upkeep for multi-family communities. Responsibilities include electrical work (replacing outlets, switches, fixtures, breakers), plumbing (faucets, re-piping, toilets, sinks, unclogging drains), heating/cooling system maintenance, groundskeeping, carpentry/drywall repairs, painting, window and door repairs, appliance troubleshooting/replacement, and maintaining a safe work environment. Requires 1-2 years of maintenance experience (multi-family preferred), strong customer service, problem-solving, reliability, and ability to work on-call emergencies; on-site role with part-time schedule (25 hours per week) and on-call responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience required
- Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting
- Must be able to physically inspect properties
- Must furnish own basic tools
