Job Summary
Property Maintenance Technician responsible for daily upkeep of the hotel property, monitoring, maintaining, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on property and equipment. Requires living on-site during employment and on-call availability for emergencies; also functions as Property Attendant part of the week. Duties include grounds upkeep, cleaning and maintenance of rooms and common areas, drywall/paint/repairs, preventive maintenance of guest rooms, handling service requests, safety and security reporting, and reconciling daily paperwork with supervision. Must have knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, general maintenance, and operation of hand and power tools; able to work long hours, weekends, and in varying indoor/outdoor conditions, with physical ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights.
