Job Summary
Handle service requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments to a market-ready status. Perform various duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the apartment complex and community by working as a team member with service staff to ensure quality maintenance standards. Requires one or more years of experience in general building maintenance and small appliance repair, plus own tools and a valid driver's license. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement.
