Job Summary
Handle service requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments to a market-ready status. Perform various duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the apartment complex and community while working as a team member with service staff. Ensure the community meets quality maintenance standards set forth by TISHCO Properties LLC. Must provide own tools and hold a valid driver's license with automobile insurance. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with competitive salary, health benefits, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of experience in general building maintenance and small appliance repair
- Must provide own tools
- A valid driver's license
- Automobile insurance
