Property Maintenance Generalist

Job Summary
Maintain, supervise, and develop outdoor environments at IKEA Älmhult and the Bölsö farm, including mowing, vegetation control, irrigation, and walkway inspections. Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal and ice control, while conducting regular safety hazard inspections and minor repairs. Assist with servicing outdoor machinery and equipment, ensuring all areas remain safe, welcoming, and sustainable for employees and guests. Work independently and collaboratively to build relationships with stakeholders, reporting faults and implementing minor fixes as needed. Full-time role with on-call winter rotation, located in Älmhult.
Required Qualifications
- Experience from working with and maintaining outdoor environments
- General knowledge and interest in property maintenance
- Basic computer skills Microsoft Office Applications
- Good understanding in both Swedish and English
- Driving license (B)

Desired Qualifications
- Beneficial, but not a requirement to have previous experience from working with tools and equipment normally used for outdoor maintenance
- Previous experience from working outdoors with maintenance of commercial or public outdoor areas
- Specific knowledge in tree pruning or similar
