Job Summary
Manage your own files and collaborate with Partners on commercial and residential property transactions, subdivisions, developments, trusts, asset protection, and estate planning. Deliver exceptional client service through strong drafting, communication, and relationship-building while exercising commercial judgement and attention to detail. Work independently and collaboratively across Tompkins Wake's four offices, gaining exposure to diverse clients and matters. Requires approximately 3–8 years' PQE in property and/or private client law, with experience managing property transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 3–8 years' PQE in property and/or private client law
- Experience managing or supporting a range of property transactions
- Strong drafting, communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial judgement and attention to detail
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service

- Experience in trusts, estate planning or asset protection
