Job Summary
Solicitor for Queensland residential conveyancing at lawlab, based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. Take full ownership of end-to-end conveyancing files, including client onboarding, title searches, caveats and encumbrances, drafting and reviewing contracts of sale and Section 32 statements, handling post-exchange requirements and settlements, and advising clients on risks and obligations. Utilize Rundl, PEXA, DocuSign, VOI and other electronic search platforms to deliver a seamless client experience. Hybrid role with 3 days in-office and 2 days WFH after onboarding; permanent, full-time. Emphasis on autonomy, client-focused service, and collaboration within a national practice across states and territories.
Required Qualifications
- Admission as a Solicitor
- Previous experience in Queensland residential conveyancing
- Strong attention to detail and quality outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence advising clients
- Comfort and confidence with technology and digital tools
- Collaborative, team-first attitude
