Job Summary
Hospitality Coordinator acting as the on-the-ground expert to keep short-term rental homes functional, clean, and stocked for guests. Responsibilities include inspections before/after stays, restocking supplies, preparing for arrivals, basic light maintenance, and responding to in-market issues; field-based with travel within a zone and reporting to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops. Requires 1+ year in hospitality or related field, ability to follow brand standards, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license; must be available weekends/holidays and able to lift 25+ lbs (up to 50 lbs in some tasks). Compensation includes $22.50/hr, full-time schedule, plus a $135/month car allowance and $100/month tools/equipment; locale is Isle of Palms, SC, USA in-office/field work with travel between properties.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in hospitality, property care, vacation rentals, or related field
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable
- Ability to follow checklists and brand standards consistently
- Physically capable of lifting 25+ lbs and walking/standing throughout the day
- Strong communication skills and service-minded attitude
- Comfort using mobile apps and task tracking tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
