Job Summary
Property Inspector role for Little Rock and central Arkansas area. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll drive to addresses, capture photos, assess occupancy, and submit quick reports via our app. Inspections run 10–20 minutes each; you select orders near you and are paid per completed inspection. Training provided; no experience required. Must have a reliable vehicle, valid license, smartphone, and pass a background check. Prior experience driving for ride-share or delivery services is a good fit. Direct deposit and flexible scheduling available.
