Job Summary
Drive property inspections throughout the area, documenting code violations per neighborhood restrictions and issuing violation letters via technology. Serve as a liaison between homeowners and the Architectural Control Committee for application submissions, preparing violation reports for the General Manager. Attend evening ACC and Compliance meetings, board meetings when needed, and monthly training sessions. Build positive relationships with residents to ensure high service levels and timely resolution of concerns. Handle day-to-day tasks and communication efficiently, responding to all calls and emails within 24 hours. Conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct while analyzing situations to prevent potential problems. Prioritize and complete various projects and assigned tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous work experience for a community association, ACC compliance inspector
- Must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record
- Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required
- Attend all mandatory company functions and training
- Ability to utilize technology is mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
- Frequently moves boxes weighing up to 20lbs across office for various needs
- Works in outdoor weather conditions frequently while onsite within communities for review of job sites
- Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder or stairs
