Job Summary
Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of homes or commercial buildings for potential buyers or sellers. Build relationships with Real Estate Agents and Brokers while inspecting properties for safety issues. Complete inspection reports and collect payment, providing peace of mind to clients. This role requires physical stamina to lift 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years or older
- Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English

- Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens
