Job Summary
Own check-in and check-out operations at two primary Adirondack properties while serving as the primary point of contact for escalated guest concerns across all three locations. Manage reservations, room assignments, and inventory in Mews, oversee housekeeping operations and daily room turnovers, and coordinate supplies, ordering, and billing across assigned properties. Execute opening and closing procedures, maintain common areas to brand standards, and participate in an on-call leadership rotation to provide coverage assistance at additional properties during high-demand periods or staffing gaps.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel front desk, guest services, or hospitality operations
- Supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage full daily operations independently, without a GM on-site
- Track record of managing full daily operations independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage supplies, ordering, and billing accurately and consistently across multiple locations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage professionally with guests, staff, and vendor contacts alike
- Sound judgment and problem-solving ability
- High personal integrity
- Familiarity with local regulations and hospitality compliance standards
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
