Drive to assigned residential properties in the Carroll County and Villa Rica area to take exterior photos, determine occupancy status, and answer condition questions. Submit completed inspections through a mobile app after brief visits that typically take only a few minutes. You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone with internet access to perform these tasks independently. This flexible 1099 position allows you to complete inspections on your own schedule and is paid per completed inspection. No prior property inspection experience or resume is required; we provide the necessary training. Background checks are required for all inspectors.
