Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience or combination of related experience, education and training
- Maintains the appropriate adjuster's licensing as required by the states in which we do business
- Part 107 drone license required for roof inspections (for Property-Field representatives) with license obtained within 5 months of start date and exam passed within 3 attempts
- Experience investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling complex property claims
- Proficiency with on-site inspections and virtual claim handling software
