Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required with acceptable driving record
- State-specific property casualty claims licensing as required
- Experience handling 1st and 3rd party, multi-line claims across operating territories or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of casualty coverages and endorsements
- Understanding of the claim handling process and related policies
- Ability to conduct on-site inspections and travel up to 50% (catastrophe duty up to 75%)
- Demonstrated customer-driven service experience
