Job Summary
Investigate and maintain property claims by determining liability, securing information, reviewing coverages, and settling assigned claims. Initiate contact with insureds and claimants to gather basic information, obtain recorded statements, and explain the claims process. Complete physical or virtual inspections of damaged property, evaluate damages, and prepare written estimates according to policy provisions. This full-time field role covers Anchorage, Alaska, and surrounding areas, requiring 7+ years of relevant experience and a Part 107 drone license for roof inspections. Base pay ranges from $77,600 to $106,700, with eligibility for a Short-Term Incentive plan. Work may extend beyond normal hours and include catastrophic duty.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training
- Maintains the appropriate adjuster's licensing as required by the states in which we do business
- Part 107 drone license required for roof inspections
- License must be obtained within 5 months of start date
- must pass exam within 3 attempts
