Job Summary
Responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for complex Homeowner's Claims, determining coverage and damages, and negotiating claims. This role includes creating comprehensive estimates of damages and mentoring more junior employees. Preferred candidates will have strong experience in homeowner claims, proficiency in Xactimate, and skills in claims management, negotiations, and property damage evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience handling a wide range of homeowner claims
- Mastery estimating fundamentals
- Ability to create estimates of damages for complex first party homeowner claims
- Negotiation skills for claims settlements
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis
- Ability to confidently write detailed estimates
