Property Executive (Parkway Parade)

Property Executive at Parkway Parade responsible for understanding and managing M&E systems within the asset and ensuring operations align with design intent. Oversee soft services, manage service providers and tenants' feedback in a fair manner, and collaborate with the Building Manager. Assist in reviewing and identifying areas for improvement in asset operation, prepare and review annual operation expenses and forecasts, and prepare reports including budget, Annual Business Plan, and Asset Review Reports.
