Job Summary
Acknowledge work requests, update the CMMS with follow-up actions, and verify case closure before moving to the next task. Coordinate and supervise all works with term contractors, evaluating joint measurements on claims and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. Conduct building inspections twice weekly, submit reports with photos via the Report and Run app, and perform monthly audits. Respond to site incidents, coordinate service recovery, and plan license renewals like Annual Shutdowns. Attend site meetings to prepare minutes and compile necessary information.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in property management or facilities management
- Ability to coordinate and supervise works with Term Contractors
- Knowledge of CMMS systems
- Ability to conduct building inspections
- Ability to conduct monthly audits
- Ability to conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Ability to prepare and compile information for site meetings
- Ability to plan and coordinate license renewal activities
- Ability to respond to incidents on site
- Ability to escalate issues to the Property Manager
- Ability to verify and endorse service reports and invoices
- Ability to evaluate and conduct joint measurements with contractors
- Ability to call for cost estimates and put up Request for Approval (RFA) forms
- Ability to update PM/BM for tracking of works related to CC
- Ability to update work requests in CMMS with follow-up actions
- Ability to ensure case is properly closed in CMMS
- Ability to submit inspection reports along with photos
- Ability to submit ASD checklist to CMMS
- Ability to coordinate with CC and contractors to recover services
- Ability to install a culture of workplace safety and behavior among team members and TC
- Ability to respond to queries related to ongoing work, property management, or operational concerns
- Ability to address queries promptly and effectively
