Acknowledge work requests, update the CMMS with follow-up actions, and verify case closure. Coordinate and supervise Term Contractors to ensure compliance with schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Conduct building inspections twice weekly, submit reports with photos via the Report and Run app, and perform monthly audits. Evaluate contractor claims, verify service reports and invoices, and respond to operational queries, escalating issues to the Property Manager as needed. Plan license renewals, coordinate incident recovery to minimize disruptions, and attend site meetings to prepare minutes. Instill workplace safety culture among team members and contractors.
