Conduct virtual repair estimate reviews and collaborate with vendor management teams on complex claims to ensure adherence to estimating best practices and process documentation compliance. Research and respond to customer escalations, conflicts, and concerns while maintaining connections with Good Hands Repair Network vendors. Develop, manage, and audit vendor relationships; monitor network trends to identify opportunities for guideline updates. Participate in calibration activities with the Claims organization and provide data on estimate review results to ensure regulatory compliance. Proficient in Verisk suite products including Xactanalysis and Xactimate.
