Property Director

Lead a 216-unit apartment community in Kansas City, MO as Property Director. Provide overall leadership for daily operations, lead the final phase of property stabilization, drive leasing velocity and resident retention, manage operating budgets and analyze financial performance, oversee maintenance operations and capital initiatives, recruit and develop on-site team members, serve as the primary contact for residents, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and asset performance.
