Property Damage/Restoration Technician

Hands-on Property Damage/Restoration Technician in Rochester, MN leading restoration projects from start to finish with focus on customer service, quality work, and adherence to insurance guidelines. Responsibilities include inspecting new projects, determining and communicating planned actions to the team, monitoring progress, and adjusting actions to meet deadlines while maintaining standards. May train new technicians or key team members and supervise others. Interfaces with insurance adjusters in person, over the phone, and virtually to resolve issues. Requires multitasking to manage work orders and ensure equipment and supplies are available. On Call and After Hours work on a schedule with other lead technicians, with higher compensation. Physical demands include moving up to 70 pounds and wearing safety gear when needed. Must have a Valid Driver’s License, be able to pass a Background Check, and be willing to travel.
