Job Summary
Based in Ottawa, coordinates activities for the Operations department and supports the Property Manager by directing work tickets to building technicians, ensuring timely communication, maintaining tenant records in Yardi, processing purchase orders and invoices, managing security permits and incident reports, and preparing monthly reports. Collaborates on tenant satisfaction surveys and rent arrears, with a focus on ensuring proper deployment of technicians to buildings and maintaining accurate records and reporting. Requires a college diploma in office automation and at least three years of experience in real estate, plus strong proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma in office automation
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar job and more specifically in real estate
- Perfect command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
