Job Summary
Answer management phones, respond to tenant inquiries, and deliver messages while maintaining strong client relations. Receive, distribute, and track purchase orders in Workspace, alerting personnel to unresolved issues and running monthly reports. Coordinate special events, monitor vendor contracts for compliance, and manage accounts payable, receivable, and invoice coding. Apply tenant rents, compile billing reports, and issue delinquency letters. Assist with preparing service agreements, maintaining inventory, and organizing tenant file records. This role requires standard business hours in-office attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a minimum high school education
- Minimum of 2 years previous commercial property management experience
- Experience with MRI, Workspace and Yardi software
- Previous experience in real estate accounting and familiarity with monthly accounting cycle, including an understanding of A/P, A/R, commercial leases
- Possess professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Have access to reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver's license
- Computer literate and proficient on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently
- This position is 100% in-office
- The role requires working in office during standard business hours
