Job Summary
Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and process mail and packages daily. Open, scan, and upload invoices to Yardi, coordinate maintenance requests, and update security pass lists. Manage email distribution lists, route work orders, and collaborate with the CBRE team on accounts payable. Process lease-related invoices, prepare monthly utility and sundry charge reports, and submit purchase order requests. Facilitate access card changes, update contact lists, and respond to tenant needs through maintenance coordination. Prepare weekly staff meeting minutes, order signage, and maintain file organization systems. Assist with budget preparation and draft tenant communications as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years working in a professional office environment
- Minimum of 2 years working in a commercial real estate environment
- Accounting experience
- Good math skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Highly professional manner
- Highly organized
- Solid understanding of office procedures
- Typing skills 60+
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- Highly computer literate with Word and Excel
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
