Job Summary
Hands-on Property Consultant in Auckland responsible for delivering property projects and managing programs of work across New Zealand, with initial focus on site acquisition and property advisory in Renewable Energy and Telecommunications. You will liaise with a range of stakeholders, work alongside the Property team with Planners, Ecologists and others, and deliver outcomes focused on quality. Responsibilities include site visits (including remote areas), collaborating to support project delivery, and contributing property expertise across SLR’s client base while traveling within New Zealand. The role supports a mix of office and remote work from the Auckland office and requires independent work and strong interpersonal skills to relate to clients and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of the Property market
- general property experience (site acquisition, valuation, project management, property management, legal advisory or general property advisory)
- site acquisition experience, preferably in Telecommunications or Renewable Energy Sector
- LINZ accreditation (highly regarded)
- experience with the Public Works Act (highly regarded)
- ability to travel within New Zealand
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds
