Job Summary
Inspect 3–5 homes daily on a clustered route, conducting full video walkthroughs to identify maintenance, cleaning, staging, and safety items. Perform quick fixes on the spot, such as straightening pictures or swapping lock batteries, then triage findings into urgent, planned, or deferred categories. Hand off clear briefs to maintenance and housekeeping teams and deliver quarterly reports with video walkthroughs to owners. Flag any guest risks or owner concerns immediately. Requires a valid Colorado driver's license, reliable vehicle, and weekend availability.
