Job Summary
Property Condition Operative responsible for damp and mould remediation, basic property inspections, and customer guidance following mould reports. Key duties include cleaning and treating mould, advising customers on prevention, supporting other trades, and maintaining safety and compliance under Awaab’s Law. Must participate in out-of-hours on-call, hold a full UK driving licence, and demonstrate strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams, plus the ability to perform basic property checks and coordinate with trades as needed. Location-based work in Newmarket and surrounding areas; on-site responsibilities with in-person presence expected. Training opportunities in people management, efficiency, and budget management offered by Flagship Services.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota
- Competent in Microsoft applications such as Outlook and Teams
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Confident when communicating to others in a clear and reassuring manner
