Job Summary
Detailed painting duties at luxury properties with emphasis on precision and craftsmanship. Execute painting tasks to schedule, maintain sharp lines and high-quality finishes, properly prepare and protect surfaces, and keep work areas clean and organized. Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE usage. Role may involve travel between properties and occasional vendor trips; driving required. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, ability to follow schedules, and ownership of work in a high-end environment. Physical stamina to stand, bend, climb, and lift (up to 50 lbs); weekends required. Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management. Reports to Investment (property) Manager and/or Maintenance Coordinator.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must have valid driver’s license and personal vehicle automobile insurance to drive on company property.
