Job Summary
Clean and sanitize common areas, laundry rooms, and on-site amenities while emptying garbage and ensuring safe disposal. Perform unit turnovers for new residents, including deep cleaning, appliance cleaning, and baseboard scrubbing. Respond to and complete minor maintenance work orders such as plumbing repairs and water leak investigations. Occasionally engage in snow removal during winter and handle after-hours emergency situations including evenings and weekends. Escalate complex issues to the Property Management team and coordinate vendors for building repairs. Follow all safety protocols and use assigned personal protective equipment. This role is based at 3030 Prospect Street in Burlington with continuous on-call availability. The position offers a base hourly rate of $20-$22, three weeks of paid vacation, and comprehensive health, dental, and prescription drug coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform a variety of repetitive physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, lifting, and walking for extended periods of time
- Basic English verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide professional references
- Proven record of reliable work attendance
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work at 3030 Prospect Street, Burlington
- Must be able to occasionally work at neighboring properties
- Must be able to respond to after-hours emergency situations
- Must be able to follow all safety protocols and use all assigned personal protective equipment appropriately
- Must be able to complete a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential property management, including cleaning, maintenance, and resident relations
